We want you to be confident in your purchase from Corn Coast Co. Please review our policy below before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 10 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable)

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date

Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration are not eligible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

  • Gift cards

  • Limited releases or special drops (if marked final sale)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Corn Coast Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information.


Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Customer Support through the information provided on our website

  2. Wait for return instructions before sending any items

  3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled

  • Orders that have already shipped must follow the standard return process


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet policy conditions.
